Who looks after your information?

Taylored Scale looks after information sent through this website. To ask a question about your information, email anna@tayloredscale.com.

What we collect

A client enquiry can include your name, email, company, role, project location, timing, type of hire and message. A candidate submission can include your name, email, phone, target role, location, experience and CV. A role-update request includes your name, email and role preferences. The booking form also records the day and time you request.

Why we use it

We use client details to answer a hiring enquiry. We use candidate details to assess your experience and discuss relevant data centre roles. We use role-update preferences to contact you about suitable work. We use booking details to reply to a call request and confirm a time. You can ask us to stop role updates at any time.

Who receives it

Website forms and CVs are saved in Taylored Scale’s recruitment system for Anna to review. We will only share a candidate’s information with a hiring organisation after explaining the opportunity and getting the candidate’s agreement.

The website does not use advertising cookies or analytics at present. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Contact Anna to ask about retention of your recruitment records or request removal of your details and CV. We will explain any information that must be kept and why.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to a use based on legitimate interests. If we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
